Sr. Designer

The Sr. Web Designer is responsible for the development and design of web applications and components for internal and external system users. The developer will design, develop, test and deliver web sites, applications and components. Best practices and design methods will be utilized to insure the success of the projects. The developer will have the ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage through production deployment. They will be required to have experience in graphics, layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies such as, but not limited to, CSS, PHP, WordPress, Joomla, and HTML.

Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.

SEO Marketing Manager

The SEO Marketing Manager will be responsible for monitoring overall search engine performance for SEO campaigns. The SEO Marketing Manager will work with the Internet Marketing Team to implement search strategies and track the effectiveness of new and existing campaigns.

The successful candidate will have strong analytic capabilities with specific knowledge of online marketing analytics. The SEO Marketing Manager is expected to produce monthly reporting and produce independent analysis to help that search engine strategy implementation for TM&C clients.

Customer Service Representative

TM&C Customer Service Representatives are expected to handle incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients, assist current clients by responding to questions and providing information from clients to designers. The CSR provides prospective clients with additional information or explains our services and the service process. Individual is expected to discuss services offered and ensures customer satisfaction by tactfully handling communications with the public. The CSR will complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required. Other tasks and requirements include:

  • Accurately capturing customer information
  • Creating and maintaining service reports
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
  • Handling confidential financial and personal information appropriately
  • Strong problem solving skills a must
  • Minimum 1 year prior experience preferred
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalency
